About this site.

My name is Louise Muir and I run this Jessica Hynes website. I suffer from M.E. (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and have done for about 8 years now. For more information check out www.ayme.org.uk (Jessica has no connection with AYME but it is a great site to explain my condition).

I watched Spaced in 2004 when a friend brought the box set round and I instantly fell in love with the programme! I watched the whole of the first season in one go and before I had even started Season 2 I had ordered the special edition box set. The next day I continued to watch Season 2 and thought Jessica and the rest of the cast was brilliant. Once I had finished watching the extra features on the DVDs my friend showed me Simon Pegg's and Nick Frost's web sites and I soon found that Jessica did not have one. I was so shocked and I decided to start one on geocities so on the 14th July 2005 the first version of the site was started. I then began to collect everything that I could get my hands on that Jessica had worked on and that is how this site was born. It was very small to begin with but it has slowly grown into what it is today.

I have had the amazing opportunity to meet Jessica on more than one occasion at events and I can't wait to see what she works on next.

Due to my M.E. I sometimes have relapses with my health especially if I have done too much (like going to events) but I will keep the site as up to date as possible.
